The flowers are not particularly showy but are appreciated for their subtle beauty. Yellowish Barrenwort is valued for its attractive foliage, which can provide ground cover and remain evergreen in milder climates.

Yellowish Barrenwort is ideal for shaded garden areas, woodland gardens, and as an understory plant in shaded borders.
